Individual:
individual client's cancellation should be made in writing by
fax or e-mail to (Orient Aroma)
48 hours, except Thu/Fri (week end) prior to client(s) arrival,
cancellation made less than 48 hours before the client(s) arrival
will result of a first night charge.
Groups:
Group(s) cancellation should be made in writing by Fax
or E-mail to (Orient Aroma)
21 (twenty one days) before the supposed group(s) date Of Arrival
As we work for our mutual and our clients best interest we will
always endeavor to minimize or avoid cancellation fees when it
is possible.
