Orient Aroma will confirm
the services required subject to availability and subject to the
rules and restrictions of each property and service supplier,
within 24 (twenty hours) working hours by fax or e-mail, the partner
Agent will then re-confirm or cancel the reservation by fax only
within 24 hours , total process of confirmation is 24 hours (
working hours) Orient Aroma
will be free to cancel the services if not reconfirmed by the
partner agent within 48 hours.
All booking re-confirmation fax received by
Orient Aromafrom the partner Agent
will be guarantee for payment of the services confirmed,
Group confirmation, Orient
Aroma will consider a group booking as 08
rooms or 15 pax, final confirmation of a group booking will be
subject to the payment of 50% of the proforma invoice 21 (twenty
one days) prior to group arrival unless otherwise specified.
