as agents between you and local hotel, cruise and transportation
companies, land tour operators and any other related travel company
associated with the booking made through the said Tour Operator.
The responsibility of the Tour Operator and/or its representatives
is limited.
The Tour Operator and/or its representatives
will not accept any responsibility in the event of unfavorable
weather conditions , damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or
other irregularity.
The Tour Operator reserves the right to change or cancel any confirmed
service, if necessary, due to force majeure conditions.
Important Notice: partner Agent should
ensure the passengers have their return flight tickets their passport
, and make sure that their passports do not include any Israeli
Visa or Stamp .
