prior to arrival with a clear indication of Double, Single and
multibeddd rooms.
Passport List:
prior to the arrival of the group the manifest with your company's
heading including information of every client and passport numbers;
must be endorsed with your company's stamp according to the below
chart must be in our possession one week before the arrival of
the group.

For your individual client: a passport
list manifest & reservation voucher with your company's heading
and endorsed by your company's stamp must be in our possession
one week before arrival of your clients, so as they obtain the
entry visa upon arrival
